How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?
Answer
- Disconnect your phone from the College Wi-Fi and forget the network before resetting your student password, especially if you are on campus. This allows you to reconnect with the new password after the change.
- Navigate to the Password Reset page and input your student email address. You may be prompted to complete a captcha.
- Enter your phone number when requested; this is for receiving a confirmation code to proceed with the password reset.
- Use the link provided to create a new password.
- Remember to log back into the College Wi-Fi with your newly created password.
