How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it?

Firstly, when resetting your student password, disconnect your phone from the College wifi and forget the network if you are completing this on campus. This is so you can reconnect with your new password once it has been changed.
Go to Password Reset and enter your student email address. (You may need to complete a captcha at this stage). You will be asked to enter your phone number, this is to send you the confirmation code to reset your password.
Follow the link and create a new password. Don't forget to log back into the College Wi-Fi using your new password.
