How can I reset my password if I don't have my phone?
Answer
If you are locked out of your account, or have forgotten your password, you would normally be sent a text message to your mobile number to reset it.
If you do not have access to your mobile phone or have changed your mobile number, then you can also visit the Digital Skills Helpdesk who will be able to provide you with your new password once they have gone through some data protection questions with you.
