I tried to reset my password but it says I need to contact the Administrator?

Answer

If you have followed the password reset process, and when entering in your email and completing the CAPTCHA it shows "You cannot reset your password. Please contact your administrator.", you need to contact the Digital Skills Helpdesk. You can do this by following any of the links on the right side of the screen.
