What do I do if I have forgotten my ProPortal password?

Answer

Underneath the login form of ProPortal, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

The details for resetting your password will be on that webpage. If you are unable to reset your password, contact the Digital Skills Helpdesk and we can help you to reset your details.
