I'm a returning student and have not received a text from IT

Answer

If you are a returning student, you will not receive a text from IT and should be able to log in using your log in details from last year. If you have forgotten these, you can use the password reset tool on the College website.

You can also contact the Digital Skills Helpdesk and we can reset your password for you.
