My registered mobile number with microsoft has changed. How can I update it?
Answer
When you are next on campus, you will need to do the following on a College PC or laptop:
- Open Office 365 and click on Outlook
- Click on 'Account Manager' at the top right-hand side of your screen (a circle with your initials)
- Click on 'View Account'
- Select 'Security Info' and click on Update Info
You should then be able to update your mobile number. If this doesn't work or you are unable to come into College to log in, please contact the Digital Skills Helpdesk.
