Why can't I log in to the wi-fi?
In January 2023, the security certificate for the college wi-fi was renewed. Due to this, some people may find their devices are not logging in to the Wi-fi even though their details are correct.
If this happens to you, follow these steps:
- Forget the college network
- Reconnect to the network
- After you've entered your details, you should receive a prompt to accept/trust the network
- Click trust/connect and it should now work
