I can't log in to Navigate on my phone, I'm on the Vodaphone network

Vodafone can block your website if content filters like Secure Net or other account-level content controls are active; you can disable these in your account settings on the My Vodafone website or via the Secure Net app. You can also log into My Vodafone, go to Account settings, and find the Content control section to manage these blocks. If the website is legitimate, contacting Vodafone customer care may resolve the issue. 

Check for Content Controls

  1. Log in to My Vodafone: Access the My Vodafone platform online.
  2. Find Active Controls: Look for a section detailing "Active controls and limits".
  3. Turn Off Filters: Identify any active content filters or bars on sites/apps and disable them.
