Can I listen to an eBook as an audiobook?

Some eBook platforms and formats may provide a 'read aloud' feature.
- VLEbooks/Browns Books offer a 'read aloud' option for their ebooks.
- Text in unprotected PDFs can be highlighted and 'read aloud' in Microsoft Edge's PDF viewer.
- Screen readers will generally work with eBooks accessed in online viewers.
If you have a 'print disability' (such as a visual impairment, learning difficulty, or a physical disability that affects your use of printed materials) you may qualify for an RNIB Bookshare account. This will give you access to books on the RNIB platform which are available in multiple accessible formats, including as audiobooks, and DAISY files.
