When I try to access an eBook, I am being redirected to a different book.
Answer
There is currently an ongoing issue where users who are using their own device or are off campus will be re-directed to the VLEbook homepage when trying to access an eBook on the VLEbook platform. This is being investigated.
Until the issue is resolved you may still find and access your ebook by searching for it on the VLEbook platform. Please follow the steps below:
- After being redirected to the VLEbook homepage, locate the search bar at the top of the page.
- Type in the title of the book you were trying to access.
- The ebook should appear in your search results, and can be accessed as normal.
